Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including cash handling and inventory monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
