Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with shopping, operate cash register, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
