Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to the store's success by ensuring it looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
