Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and upholding the ALDI image through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback to management and uphold company policies
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash management compliance

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
