Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and positive attitude while performing assigned duties.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback to improve product offerings and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
