Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and assisting with various tasks such as stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, handle inventory counts, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies, ensure document security, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience considered a plus.
