Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains high standards and delivers an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to maintain store cleanliness according to standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
