Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store looks its best.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
