Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the Aldi team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback to management, monitor inventory accuracy, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies, stay organized, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with prior retail experience as a plus.
