Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
