Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow safety and security protocols to minimize losses and ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
