Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
