Full-Time Store Associate

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to maintain store cleanliness to company standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
