We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, merchandise stocking, and general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to handle merchandise and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of relevant education and experience is considered.
