Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to deliver prompt, courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of proper equipment operation and fulfilling cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
