Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is stocked, merchandised effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Competence in operating equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
