Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
