Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
• Ability to perform cleaning duties and adhere to company standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
