Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with shopping, perform cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
