Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
