Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers have a pleasant shopping experience, and products are neatly displayed. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
