Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred along with retail experience.
