Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the rest of the team in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and stocking duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
• Participate in inventory control and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and manage cash transactions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
