Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide prompt customer service.
- Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.
