Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
