Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.

• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Perform various physical tasks including stocking, lifting, and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficiency in using equipment like hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
