Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you'll provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Capable of physical tasks and operating store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
