Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Operate cash registers accurately and follow company policies and procedures.
• Contribute feedback to help improve product display, inventory accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, operate equipment, and handle customer inquiries.
• Capable of physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
