Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role by ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience considered a plus.
