Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers with their shopping needs, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Job Type

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and work well in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local regulations for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
