Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
