Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi, where you will play a key role in maintaining our store operations. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Follow safety and security protocols
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
