Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash register operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work both independently and within a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
