Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or provide feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security.
• Take part in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Capable of operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
