Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
