Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-kept and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
