Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a top-notch appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate openly with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Requirement: 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of multitasking, attention to detail, and following guidelines.
• Meet state and local regulations for alcohol sales if applicable.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
