Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to offer customers an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Help manage inventory and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
