Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
