Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are displayed effectively. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies, maintain document security, and comply with procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficient in customer service, cash handling, and using store equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
