Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting environment for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cashiering and operating retail equipment
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
