Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's organization, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security of documents and data, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register, equipment, and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
