Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
