Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
