Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in all aspects of your role.
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
