Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store cleanliness

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
