Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store remains organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with team members, engage with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be employed for this role at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous customer service.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including stocking merchandise and general cleaning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
