Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
- Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands including lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
