Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail setting, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills while performing daily duties.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback to management on inventory, product quality, and overall store operations.
• Contribute to periodic store inventory counts as per guidelines.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors and losses.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
