Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies while performing daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
